Apostrophe Brewing is a small batch boutique brewery drawing its inspiration from our love of brewing, vintage cars, and the musical genius of Frank Zappa. We're woofing up some great brews at the Utility Brewing Research Kitchen (UBRK). Our lineup includes:

• Why Does It Hurt When IPA - West Coast IPA 6.5% ABV
• Didn't Die Today IPA - Hazy IPA 6.3% ABV
• Zomby Woof Wit - Belgian Wheat 5.4% ABV
• Cosmik Debris Pale Ale - Pale Ale 5.7% ABV
• Clowns on Velvet - Amber 5.9% ABV
• Lumpy Gravy - Stout 5.5% ABV
• Trouble Everyday Double IPA - IPA 8.0% ABV

Currently, we are distributing to bars / restaurants and beer outlets in the Hudson Valley area as well as offering retail sales of our canned beers only out of the brewery in Wallkill NY Wednesday-Saturday 12-4PM. We can also take our brews on the road with our Mobile Tap Truck, a fully restored 1966 Ford Ranchero. We can work music events, car shows, hey, we'll even do dog funerals-Fido deserved as much. We serve Ulster, Dutchess, and Orange Counties, just contact us for pricing and let us know a few weeks before your event.
